These Terms & Conditions govern all products, services, and transactions provided by Saudi Rekaz. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Issuing a purchase order or confirming a quotation means you fully accept Saudi Rekaz’s Terms & Conditions.
2. Pricing & Orders
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only after acceptance and fulfillment of payment terms.
Quotations are valid for a limited period only.
3. Payment Terms
Full advance payment is mandatory for pre-orders.
Payments must comply with the approved credit facility agreement (if applicable).
Payment must follow the terms stated on the quotation or invoice.
Payment terms are calculated from the invoice date or material handover date.
Delayed payments may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.
4. Delivery & Logistics
Delivery will be made to one confirmed priority address only.
Delivery is EX-STOCK, unless otherwise specified.
Order confirmation must be completed within 3 days.
The client must provide a complete and accurate Saudi address.
Saudi Rekaz is not responsible for delays due to unclear inquiry details or incorrect addresses.
5. Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided as per the manufacturer or authorized agent’s terms and conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Saudi Rekaz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use or delivery delays beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
