This policy applies to all purchases made from Saudi Rekaz.
1. Refund & Exchange Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges are allowed only if:

Requested within 3 days from invoice issue date.

Original invoice is presented.

Product is returned in original condition and packaging.

Product shows no damage or usage.
2. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for:

Pre-order items.

Products manufactured as per customer request.

Electronic and electrical materials.
-
Import items or special request items.

Orders placed with unclear or incorrect inquiry details.
3. Shipping Charges
All shipping and handling costs for refunds or exchanges are borne by the customer.
4. Samples Policy

Samples are prepaid only.

Inspection must be completed within 5 days of receipt.

Damaged samples are non-refundable.
5. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer or agent’s warranty terms and require a valid invoice.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
