Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Saudi Rekaz.

1. Refund & Exchange Eligibility

Refunds or exchanges are allowed only if:

  • Requested within 3 days from invoice issue date.

  • Original invoice is presented.

  • Product is returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Product shows no damage or usage.

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for:

  • Pre-order items.

  • Products manufactured as per customer request.

  • Electronic and electrical materials.

  • Import items or special request items.

  • Orders placed with unclear or incorrect inquiry details.

3. Shipping Charges

All shipping and handling costs for refunds or exchanges are borne by the customer.

4. Samples Policy

  • Samples are prepaid only.

  • Inspection must be completed within 5 days of receipt.

  • Damaged samples are non-refundable.

5. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer or agent’s warranty terms and require a valid invoice.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
